EIT MAINT™ is a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) published and operated by EIT Group as part of its maintenance contracts. This policy describes the data processed, its purpose and users’ rights.

EIT Group, Libreville / Port-Gentil, Gabon — support@eit.group. Under its maintenance contracts, EIT Group acts as contractor and processes the data required to deliver the services.
Processing is based on contract performance and the legitimate interest of the contractor and client. Intervention data is kept for the contract duration then archived for 5 years (contractual and accounting obligations). Inactive accounts are deleted 12 months after the end of the relationship.
Data is accessible by role: occupants only see their requests; technicians their interventions; the client manager all interventions within their contract scope. No data is transferred to third parties other than contracted technical processors (hosting, SMS, email).
The application is hosted at app-maint.eit.group (TLS encryption, daily encrypted backups, audit log, two-factor authentication for sensitive profiles). Photos and signatures are stored in an encrypted space.
Under Gabonese law no. 001/2011 on personal data protection, you have rights of access, rectification, objection and erasure. Write to support@eit.group or to the platform administrator.
