EIT MAINT™
Multi-trade CMMS for buildings, offices and villas

Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the EIT MAINT™ platform by EIT Group staff, client representatives and occupants of sites covered by a maintenance contract.

Last updated : 17/10/2026 · v2.0

1. Purpose

EIT MAINT™ is the steering and traceability tool for multi-trade maintenance services. It allows users to report requests, track interventions, validate closures, and consult assets, stock, generators and performance indicators.

2. Accounts and access

Each user has a personal account assigned by the administrator, with a role defining their scope (administrator, supervisor, technician, logistics, client manager, occupant). Credentials are personal and must not be shared. QR-code requests without an account are limited to reporting and tracking the request concerned.

3. Expected use

Information entered (location, asset, description, criticality, photos) must be accurate and honest. A “critical” qualification is reserved for situations defined in the site’s contract (outage without generator start, water cut, pressure loss, fire start…). Misuse may lead to account suspension.

4. Value of records

Time-stamps, checklists, electronic signatures and progressive validations recorded in the application constitute the evidence of service execution, used for monthly reports and the contractual performance evaluation (KPI grid).

5. Availability

EIT Group undertakes to keep the platform available 24/7, excluding notified maintenance windows. In case of unavailability, critical requests are received by the duty phone line and entered afterwards with their real time-stamp.

6. Intellectual property

EIT MAINT™, its code, design and documentation are the property of EIT Group. Data entered under the contract belongs to the client and can be returned on request in a usable format.

7. Confidentiality

Users undertake not to disclose technical information, plans, inventories and personal data accessible through the platform. See the privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Gabonese law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Libreville, after an attempt at amicable settlement.
